Anybody can nail down shingles. What you are actually buying is whether the roof is still dry in year twelve — so we install to manufacturer spec, photograph every stage, and register the warranty for you before we send the invoice.

Our Story
Two generations on Cincinnati roofs.
Precision Roofing Co. started in 1994 with Al Reyes, one truck, and a rule he would not bend: the crew does not leave until the job is dry and the yard is clean. Thirty years and four thousand roofs later, that is still the rule.
Today we're a 42-person company on Red Bank Road running six crews across Hamilton, Clermont, Butler, and Warren counties — still family-owned, now led by second-generation owner Marcus Reyes. We do not subcontract installation. The people on your roof are the people on our payroll, and that is the only reason we can stand behind a 25-year warranty.
